*this is really gross* but it helps me sooooo much.
When I have a craving for something unhealthy and it’s available to me, I chew it up the spit it out then drink water. It sounds so gross I know but to me it satisfies my cravings. I’ve skipped 3 meals thanks to this!

My new Rules
Calorie counting just isn’t for me. So I made some rules that hopefully will help me lose weight without having to count everything.
Rules:
1. Never eat after 7pm
- cause you shouldn’t eat like 4 hours before bed, ya know
2. Drink green tea after you wake up and before bed
-I heard this tea helps you lose weight, especially around the tummy
-it’s healthy and detoxes your body
-good for your skin too
3. Workout on high calorie days
- I don’t workout everyday cause I’m always so sore after it
- HIIT workouts are the best for weight loss (or so I’ve heard)
4. Drink about 2l of water everyday
- I’m pretty sure you already know why water is good for you
5. Do no skip school and do your homework
-I may have a problem with going regularly to school haha….
- better for my grades and all that shit ya know
- i usually don’t eat much in school
-I heard thinking a lot can burn extra calories too haha
6. Meet friends after school
- so I won’t eat the whole afternoon
- lately I really neglected my friends…
7. Small portions throughout the day, take your time and chew every bite 20x,
-large portions will extend your stomach (you’ll have to eat more to feel satisfied)
-if you eat very fast, you don’t really feel when you’re full and you eat more han you should
8. If mom cooks something after 7pm or you already ate too much, throw it away or wait until tomorrow
-this is easy for me cause I eat in my room
-it’s not worth it to eat it now, you’ll only hate yourself after this
-you can eat it tomorrow! (Without ruining your diet and your mood)
9. Clean your fucking room
- keeps me busy and my room tidy
10. Do not binge. Ever. It’s not even that tasty and absolutely NOT worth it.
- you can stop binging with discipline and YOU can do it
- you ruin your diet and you hate yourself after it
- look up some tips for this
11. Always keep a good posture
- burns some extra calories and good for your back
-you look better (and thinner) with a straight back
12. Eat less diary but more protein
- you don’t really need diary
- you don’t have to cut it out completely, you cut a bit back on this
-protein is good for you
(- it’s not just in meat or fish!)
(look it up yourself cause I’m too lazy to write reasons for this)
14. No junk food or candy. If you have a really strong craving, have diet coke.
- duh.
- too much diet coke is bad (duh) but if your really crave something sweet it’s good
I might update this from time to time.

I feel guilty for eating normally on some days because I feel like it makes me a liar for having an eating disorder.
